So here they are.
My first two loaves. A complete success. I have to let them cool properly then I think some hot buttered toast with beans and eggs will be on the menu. While there may be some programming to do tomorrow I think that a second batch is on the cards. The new years resolution is done.
What will next years challenge be? Complete the album?
